PaidPilot vs OnlineCheckWriter

Checked Oct 2026

OnlineCheckWriter is a payments site that can print and mail checks. PaidPilot's check maker prints a PDF in your browser for an account you are allowed to use. It does not mail a check and it does not move money.

What their pricing page states

The pricing URL redirected to a live OnlineCheckWriter pricing plan. On that page we saw a Pay As You Go block with a $0.00 price and the line "An Initial recharge of $30.00 will be applied to your transaction fees & it will never expire." The same table lists check printing at $1.00, an email check at $1.00, bank accounts allowed as 3, and users as 3. An enterprise column on the same page is volume or custom pricing. We are not treating every dollar on that long page as the pay-as-you-go rate.
