What every professional invoice needs

Whether you build it by hand or use the generator, a complete invoice includes:

• ✅ The word "Invoice" and a unique invoice number
• ✅ Your business name, address, and contact (and logo, if you have one)
• ✅ Your client's name and email ("Bill to")
• ✅ Issue date and a clear due date
• ✅ Line items — description, quantity, rate, and amount
• ✅ Subtotal, tax, and total due
• ✅ How to pay — accepted methods and ideally a payment link
• ✅ Payment terms / notes (e.g. "Net 14", thank-you line)

Why a generator beats a static template

A downloaded template is a starting point you still have to format, total up by hand, and re-do every time.
